Meditations on whistling...

As I laundered today I almost unconsiously whistled "Battle hymn of the Republic" to myself. As I became conscious, I thought about whistling. I experimented with whistling and humming the same tune at the same time. Not too difficult. But wouldn't it be wonderous if you could whistle and harmonize with yourself by humming? It could be done. It sure would take a lot of practice. Maybe sometime down the road, I will finally find my great musical voice through whistling and humming in harmony. Sure, sure.
