Joseph's Blessing

Grandpa Barnhart came into town for Joseph's blessing last Sunday. We blessed him in church and Brian gave him a beautiful blessing. Here is a picture of Joseph in his blessing suit, so cute.



While Grandpa was here, he played a lot with the granddaughters. They kept him busy playing and helping them with things they wanted to do. They are very good at telling Grandmas and Grandpas what to do.
Grandpa was talked into putting the girls up on the lowest branch of our maple tree. At first Aubrey was a bit nervous, but then when Heidi showed her that it wasn't too scary, Aubrey went up and was very reluctant to come back down.





Grandpa spent lots of quality time with his new grandson. Joseph is a big fan of Grandpa. He spent lots of time giving his Grandpa his winning Critchfield smile. (If you can picture Brian smiling, its a lot like that - BIG smile.)

I loved having my Daddy all to myself for the first time since my baby sister came... many years ago. What a blessing! I love my Daddy! Thanks Dad, for a wonderful weekend!
