Having so much fun!

The Critchfield brothers are together again and everyone is having so much fun. Brian's mom and his brother's family came in late Friday night, and the fun began Saturday. I set the pool up for the kids and Brian spent the day working outside. The kids left the pool and Brian decided that he would go swimming with all of his clothes on. It wasn't long before the kids all joined him.






Later on, Brian pulled out his bow and arrows a friend gave him. Then the boys began shooting drywall backed by a bag of grass clippings and plywood. Those arrows shoot hard and fast if you can pull the string back far enough. I tried to pull the string back and my arrow flew about 8 feet. Very dinky. You need big guns like these guys to put any speed on the arrows. They could send the arrows straight through the plywood on the backside of the special "sandwich" they made to shoot at.






The kids got along so well. They watched a baby video and had a great time identifying all the words. (From left to right: Heidi, Erin, Aubrey and Haden)
